Welcome to GiftCan UK. These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit giftcan.co.uk or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

GiftCan UK provides curated gifting products containing a selection of quality products sourced from a range of brands and independent businesses.

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and information on our website are as accurate as possible.

GiftCans may contain products that are available in different colours, scents, flavours, patterns or designs. Unless a particular variation is specifically stated within the product description, variations may be selected at random and are subject to availability.

Photographs are intended to provide an accurate representation of our products; however, colours and packaging may appear slightly different depending on screen settings or changes made by individual manufacturers.

Where products are available in different colours, designs, scents, flavours or other variations, customers are welcome to contact us with a preference.

Preference requests should be emailed to hello@giftcan.co.uk within 4 hours of placing your order.

We will always do our best to accommodate requests, but particular variations cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to availability.

From time to time, an item included within a GiftCan may become unavailable or may be changed or discontinued by the manufacturer.

Where necessary, GiftCan UK may substitute an unavailable product with an alternative of a similar type, quality and value, while maintaining the overall theme and quality of the GiftCan purchased.

Where a particular product is fundamental to the description of the GiftCan rather than an incidental part of its contents, we will contact you where appropriate before making a significant change.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£). Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. We reserve the right to contact you or cancel and refund an order if we are unable to fulfil it, if there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, or where payment has not been successfully authorised.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us at hello@giftcan.co.uk within 4 hours of placing your order.

As we begin preparing GiftCans for dispatch, we cannot guarantee that cancellation or amendment requests received after this period can be accommodated.

This provision does not affect any cancellation or other statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

GiftCan UK currently delivers within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Orders are prepared at our business address and collected by Royal Mail for delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver parcels within its stated service timeframe after collection. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Please ensure that the delivery information entered when placing your order is complete and accurate. GiftCan UK cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, although we will always try to assist where possible.

Our separate Returns & Refunds Policy explains our return process in full.

For change-of-mind returns, the GiftCan must remain completely unopened with its original foil seal intact. GiftCans cannot be resealed once opened.

The complete GiftCan and all products supplied with it must be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Individual products cannot be removed while requesting a full refund for the GiftCan.

These conditions relate to change-of-mind returns and do not limit your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or where you otherwise have rights under UK consumer law.

We take care when preparing and packaging every GiftCan.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a faulty product or you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact hello@giftcan.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order details and photographs of the product and packaging where possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Please do not dispose of affected products or packaging before contacting us where reasonably practicable, as we may require further information.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Some GiftCans may contain food, confectionery, cosmetics, toiletries or other products supplied by third-party manufacturers.

Customers should always review the individual product packaging, ingredient information, allergen information, warnings and instructions supplied by the manufacturer before consuming or using a product.

If you or the intended recipient has an allergy, intolerance, sensitivity or specific dietary requirement, please carefully review the relevant product information before use and contact us before ordering if you require further information.

Product ingredients and formulations may occasionally be changed by manufacturers, so the information supplied on the individual product packaging should always be checked.

GiftCan UK curates products from a range of brands and independent businesses. Unless expressly stated otherwise, inclusion of a third-party branded product within a GiftCan does not mean that GiftCan UK owns that brand.

Third-party trademarks, product names and branding remain the property of their respective owners.

The GiftCan UK name, GiftCan branding, website content, original product photography, graphics, written descriptions and other original content belonging to GiftCan UK may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior permission.

We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and available; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

We may update products, prices, descriptions, website functionality or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.

GiftCan UK will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a purchase made wholly or mainly for personal use.

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as significant postal disruption, severe weather, transport disruption or other events that we could not reasonably prevent.

Where this affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to keep customers informed and minimise disruption.

We take customer privacy seriously. Information supplied when using our website or placing an order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website or legal requirements.

The Terms & Conditions applicable to your purchase will be those in force when your order is placed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales.

Nothing in these terms prevents consumers living elsewhere in the UK from relying on any mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply to them.
